Took my vehicle in for a 60,000 mile service and an air suspension error (this was scheduled). Took almost 9 days to get my car back, but was promised the parts would be in and the vehicle would be repaire suspension error (this was scheduled). Took almost 9 days to get my car back, but was promised the parts would be in and the vehicle would be repaired in a 4 days. I was then called 4 days after ben said the car would be repaired and ready for pick up. They somehow find parts to replace, although they weren’t known to have issue. Ben is a liar and doesn’t list all concerns on work orders. Dana, the service manager never seems to be available nor do I ever see him at work, Nor does he choose to be involved with service issues. No loaner car offered. Shuttle driver is nice, Knows my address by memory because I was sold a lemon and ben won't fix all of the problems in one visit. Claiming that he can’t reproduce the issues, but somehow, after having an accident because of the faulty vehicle, he says when the car is repaired he will fix the safety issues? Why is it I need to have an accident (putting my family and the general Publix safety at risk) before issues can be addressed when I’ve been complaining about these issues for three years (starting at 7000 miles)? Communication between service tech and customers is lacking in the worst way. More
