Very Shady, Service department untrustworthy My husband and I have used this dealership twice now. First time they were ok, nothing to write home about, and found a truck for him that we decided to trade our Jeep in for. They don't give extra for accessories, wench, safari top, etc, so we decided to keep those and sell them on our own. There wasn't time that night, Thursday, and we didn't have the tools, so we WATCHED them write the note on the windshield that we would be back to pick them and anything else up after the weekend. We live a 35 miles away, come back Monday, and they already have the Jeep lifted to work on(which they said they weren't doing btw), and we can't touch it to get our things. ON top of that, they say "oh s***" when we walk up, apparently knowing they were in the wrong. So we drive out again the next day, have to wait an hour because we still can't get to the vehicle, and the service manager proceeds to tell us that no, there was never a note on the Jeep (even though our sales guy backed us up) and his employees would never take it off and go through and have free reign of the vehicle. Even after they admitted to taking the lanyard and a Carhart jacket that they were going to "give to a homeless person." I was extremely upset about the way they treated us and will never use them again. Our sales guy, Dirk, was a nice guy, but there was another that treated me like crap and practically bowed to my husband, being outwardly sexist, and refused to shake my hand after we bought the car. I couldn't believe how rude the man could be to me when he really had nothing to do with our transaction. Our finance guy was actually very nice and very fast, but the service department and the other sales guy were so horrible that we will never give them our service again. More

Poor service I brought my truck in for a recall, made an appointment in advance. The recall notice said it would take three hours, after calling every day and tol I brought my truck in for a recall, made an appointment in advance. The recall notice said it would take three hours, after calling every day and told every excuse they could think of, (the truck is to big for the lift, we need to have our best service person work on the truck, can't find the part, never done this kind of job before), I called Chrysler from the recall notice. They called the dealer, and my truck was ready in two hours. Not very good service. More

Lyndle Farris (goes by just Farris) was recommended to us by our son, whom Farris had sold a new car to 2 years ago. The Recommendation was well founded! Farris was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, accommodating and friendly. We had many many questions that he was able to answer with ease. He even stayed way past his quitting time to accommodate our schedule. After driving the car for a few days, we had even MORE questions, so we just stopped by. Farris was busy, so Jolene helped us...again, very knowledgeable and accommodating and so patient! We had found that there were NO instructions in the manual about how to use the "park assist" which allows the car to park itself either parallel or perpendicular! Jolene drove with us to numerous different parking lots, showed us how to use it, and how it worked in different situations. VERY patient and made us feel that we did indeed choose not only the right car, but the right dealership! Jolene and Farris complement each other, and they both made us feel that they CARE! The car is awesome, and the attention is as well!!! More

They thought they had fixed the engine light due to a leak in the gas cap. However, after a couple of days the light came back on. I called and spoke with Tim and we arranged a repeat visit the same day. Even though I had to go back a second time, I appreciate the expediency of Tim's response; "if the vehicle is returned, we move you to the top of the line for attention." Even though it was inconvenient to take it back a second time, I understand how this can happen, but especially appreciate the customer service, and in the end, repaired. Thanks for your good customer service. More
