I entered the dealership looking for a car for wife's birthday. I was greeted by the used car manager who answered my questions, and introduced me to Richie. We arrived the next day and was greeted by Richie as soon as we arrived. He showed my wife each of the cars and she decided on a white 2012 jeep Liberty. We purchased the SUV. Richie also followed up a day later to make some arrangement for an undercoating and scheduled the service. We had a very good experience and would recommend both the dealership and the salesman. i first went to reno toyota who i have purchased 15 new vechiles from in the past and due to my current credit status they were reluctant to help me!!! Bought a new vehichle and no one offered to help transfer my belongings to my new car from my old and am still waiting to have my lisence plates sent to me off my old vehicle. At the time of purchase no one had a screwdriver to remove them. I have called and left several messages but no one has ever called me back will take time off of work today to try and get them.
