Service I bought a 2014 Ram 2500 in Oct 2014 from Don Weir's Reno Dodge (completely horrible buying experience). I had to take it back to the dealer several t I bought a 2014 Ram 2500 in Oct 2014 from Don Weir's Reno Dodge (completely horrible buying experience). I had to take it back to the dealer several times for recurring issues with the tire pressure sensor system. Reno Dodge could not get it right. They chipped the paint on my driver's door one of the five different times in six weeks that I had to drop the truck off for repairs. I will not return to Reno Dodge, or ever use their new dealership opening in Fernley, where I live. I had been taking my other Dodge vehicles to Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno for service for years, and I will continue to do so. The folks in the service department are always friendly and helpful, and the lifetime oil change program is certainly a great deal! More

First time buyer I walked in, and asked salesman TC what it would take to get into a particular vehicle. We looked around for a bit, then found the truck I ended up ch I walked in, and asked salesman TC what it would take to get into a particular vehicle. TC was able to answer all my questions, and help me through the process at a nice pace, without making it feel like he was rushing me through paperwork for a paycheck. I've worked at Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno for almost 2 years, and this experience really changed my views on the place for the better. It was a fun experience. More

Follow Dolan Lexus' recent new build as an example of staying relevant. Both the sales and service facility are small and crowded. As much as I have confidence leaving my car here for servicing, it would be nice if Lithia made an investment in itself on behalf of its' customer base. These are really tired buildings, with outdated and disconnected (from other parts of the dealership) waiting areas. Make your facility shine like your service personnal shine. More
