I wrote the last review in haste. Mike was great; until finding out something about the truck that I didn't want. He knew what I wanted prior to purchasing. We looked and looked but couldn't find the right truck. He convinces me that I can add what I want later. I find a truck at a dealership one state over. Mike calls to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. He guarantees me it is, and we'll add the other when it arrives. Mike and his sales mgr negotiate the deal. When it arrives, they measure my truck prior to install. I went to schedule the appt with service and they said my truck didn't qualify. I talked to Mike and he threw up his hands. I talked to the sales manager and he threw up his hands. They wouldn't even negotiate for another truck that would qualify. It had only 100 miles on it; 80 before my purchase. I put only 20 miles on it when this happened. And, I was ok with paying a little more to do the trade. Instead, they ignored my attempts at talking to someone. One manager, Nolan, connected only after a previous buyer called the head of sales and told him this was wrong. Nolan said it wasn't their fault, since I found the truck. He said I should've known it wouldn't qualify, even though they were responsible for the sale. The ability to add-on was structural and mechanical, nothing I would know about or know what to ask. I put my faith in Lithia to would make sure it was all that I wanted. $40k cash later and no apology, no recourse. No phone calls, even after telling me someone would call me back. 4x. Nothing. I contact Mike about something completely different re the truck. No response. These guys don't care after the money is in their hands. They act like it, but they don't. Again, I wrote the last review in haste. If you buy from Lithia, make sure the vehicle has everything you want, even mechanically, otherwise, you're screwed. Mike Martin (sales), Nolan Fisher (sales mgr), Austin Saylor (sales mgr) and Nate Bligh, (finance mgr): Thanks for a crappy $40k experience. Rest assure I'm spreading the news.
