Sold a 2016 Titan xd with a bent frame they would not buy back or help they found a used one that was in worse shape how could it get worse well it did. It was the very very worst service we have ever had at a dealership. The service writer, Josh, is completely enept at customer service. Our Jeep came in to have the throttle body changed out This is the 3r dealership. The service writer, Josh, is completely enept at customer service. Our Jeep came in to have the throttle body changed out This is the 3rd throttle body rmto be installed at this dealership in 5 years. I waited in the waiting room for the 2nd one to be exchanged this one took 9 days. Not once in those 9 days did Josh answer his phone or return a call from me about the status of the repair. The new part cost $691. Almost 3 times what the first one cost. I phoned a local car parts store and was quoted $289 for the same part - in stock. Mac did knock off some of the labor charges, but our total still came out at over $1100. We are completely dissatisfied with the service department. More
