He showed us everything they had on the lot that fell in the category of what I wanted but i was being really picky, I knew that it wouldn't be easy to find what I wanted in the price range i was wanting to stay in, he was very patient and respectful and continued to stay postive even when I was being difficult! He had told me that he would find me something I was going to be happy with and he stuck by his word! Even with looking at multiple vehicles and all the paperwork it was still a very fast process!!! I left there that day happy and not stressed with a 2012 Chevy equinox, he even took the time to help me set up my phone threw the vehicle!!! My wife and I were looking for a van for her business. We saw Lithia of Klamath Falls website, called to see about minivan on that site. Talk to Randy Goodrich on phone. Randy told us about the van, ask us to come in for test drive I explained that I lived abouy 400 mile and I needed a honest person to tell me if it was worth driving 12 hours. Told me van was in great shape and very low Miles and it would be great for the her business. We drove to Klamath Falls met with Randy. Had little problem with CapOne check.Randy and the dealership went to work to fix the problem and we drove home in a 2006 Dodge Caravan SE with less than 35000 miles for the price we needed. While we were in dealership I watched the sales people and there were no high pressure sale pitches going on, no getting them in there and pressuring you just had a relaxed, honest sale experence.
