Scheduled Jeep Service Had Jeep in for 40K service and why "Check Engine" light was coming on when fuel level would get to around a half tank. Did service, but couldn't sca Had Jeep in for 40K service and why "Check Engine" light was coming on when fuel level would get to around a half tank. Did service, but couldn't scan the DLC connector. Rather than call and say they had a problem that would take much longer and did I want it done or would I rather reschedule, they just said they couldn't read it when I picked up the car. Having driven two and a half hours from Bend to have them work on it and now being told that they didn't look into why there was no power but that I could bring it back in another time was aggravating at best. I will take it to the local, non-Lithia, dealer here in Bend to have that looked at. It's also disappointing that Jeep still has not figured out how to keep that light from coming on, since my last Jeep also had the same issue. Much like the little girl that cried wolf too many times, that light's warning too will soon be ignored. More

Received Jeep back from dealer with damage to the paint and. I had my Jeep in for water leaks from the roof gaskets several times. On the last two occasions I discovered a scuff to the center armrest, on the pre I had my Jeep in for water leaks from the roof gaskets several times. On the last two occasions I discovered a scuff to the center armrest, on the previous service. And was told that the mechanic couldn’t have done it. On the last visit, I had multiple scratches in the clear coat on the hood, from what I believe was the service technician dragging a dirty hose over it, when water testing the roof gasket. (I found clear coat damage previously on the hood, after a earlier service for the roof leak issue. But I didn’t realize where it originated. I polished out all but the deep scratches. After the last service I discovered additional scratches in the same areas, and additional scratches across the hood, after the last service.) I took my Jeep to a body shop, and they reached the same conclusion about the clear coat damage. Considering Lithia’s continuing lack of care for the condition of my Jeep, I am seriously thinking of changing dealers for my service needs. More
