Alignment service The SUV pulled to the right during the test drive. Lithia service checked alignment and said it was within specs. but did not correct the problem. I was scheduled to come back for a second alignment that also did not correct the problem. Turns out, I discovered, the right tire was low on air pressure - DUH. But while I was waiting two hours for a scheduled alignment, a salesman corrected another problem - beyond the call of duty. Conclusion: Good and bad. More
Charged for Part not needed but now happy I am from Florida and I appreciate that Matt Metzler was able to work me in to take care of a inop Headlight and turn signal. This was Monday, Aug 13. I am from Florida and I appreciate that Matt Metzler was able to work me in to take care of a inop Headlight and turn signal. This was Monday, Aug 13. After what I assume was trouble shooting by the tech, Matt told me I needed a new Headlight assembly...for $700+ and they did not have it in stock. So I authorized the order. Wednesday, I returned and Tim worked me in to get the replacement assembly installed. After several hours, Matt told me the new part was installed but they had the same issue. I asked to replace the new part with the old part and I'd take care of it some other time. I had need for the car to run to Portland in the morning. Matt asked to give them another few minutes while they researched the issue. A short time later, he brought the car up with the headlights/turnsignals working. He stated they gave it over to a "Master Tech" who found a busted wire near the headlight. Matt reduced the estimate to $544. Being on a time issue, I asked for the old part. and Paid the $544. On Friday, with the help of a retired tech, we were able to reconnect the original part and it worked fine! I feel I paid for a part that wasn't needed. It was only a busted wire. Good News! After Jeep/Chrysler review, Lithia has agreed to refund ALL CHARGES. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you, Tim More
