Time consuming, unclear, poor communication I wasn't called, about my vehicle. Had to show up to see what was going on. Took longer than told Came to get oil changed. I was told about 45 minutes. I was fine with that. Well....almost 2 hours later my vehicle was done. I was told my paperwork Came to get oil changed. I’d make an appointment; however, I was told they don’t do appointments for oil changes. This surprises me as my wife has an appointment at Lithia Toyota for an oil change this afternoon. I guess next time I’ll need to be there as soon as they open and pray my paperwork is not “misplaced”. More
