Oil change turned into new Pacifica! I’ve been a satisfied customer over 10 years. While waiting for my T&C oil change, I checked out the new Pacifica ~ I had a lot of Q’s & Brian, sales I’ve been a satisfied customer over 10 years. While waiting for my T&C oil change, I checked out the new Pacifica ~ I had a lot of Q’s & Brian, sales agent was excellent, patient with my detailed “must haves” & he found the vehicle of my choice, the fiancé processing was simple and the next day I drove home a joyful satisfied customer. It’s been 2 months & 3k miles on the road, this is my 4th Van, & by far the smartest & most fun to drive!! Best birthday gift ever! 👍 More

Very polite people, vehicle returned low on oil I took my jeep to get fixed. It had a lot of problems. Slave cylinder went out and destroyed the clutch. The Front brakes were getting thin and it I took my jeep to get fixed. It had a lot of problems. Slave cylinder went out and destroyed the clutch. The Front brakes were getting thin and it was at 91000 miles. I figured we fix everything, do the 90000 mile upkeep service and the jeep would be good as new. It took a week and a half, longer than expected because they did not check how the clutch was and were trying to replace the slave cylinder without checking the clutch. When they figured out the clutch also had to be replaced, a got a phone call and the price went up. They had already done the brakes and the 90000 mile service. I got the jeep back at the revised price and running. I checked the oil, it was very low, barely on the dip stick. The air filter had dirt falling out of it. I went to Jiffy lube. The transmission fluid was dirty since the dealership did not change it when they did the clutch. The rear differential fluid was slightly discolored, although I have been assured this can be caused by residual dirt after they change the fluid. The jeep was 1.5 liters low on oil. I really thought all of this would have been covered by the 90000 mile service especially for the price I paid. More
