Worst Experience ever buying a car Over the years I have purchased several cars from this dealership. The person I usually deal with has been put on furlough so I was referred to Brian Over the years I have purchased several cars from this dealership. The person I usually deal with has been put on furlough so I was referred to Brian Fisher. I had high expectations as anyone and had done lots of homework before hand, already knew what I wanted to pay but also what I was willing to pay. A number car dealerships will never know until the end. I Used KBB for a general idea of cost before I went but now, apparently KBB "isn't the gospel" according to Brian Fisher. Typical sales rep, using tools to his favor when it suits his pocket book and uses it against the customer (me) when it is convenient. I waited for over an hour walking around the parking lot just to be seen because of limited staff then was quickly passed off to another. Yes we are in the middle of a pandemic however, if you have people waiting, bring in more people. I told them what I wanted and what I expected but didn't receive a call for 2 days until I complained to my buddy about it. He finally called me back and when I tried explaining my points on the phone he would continue to talk over me and rarely let me finish a point before his canned response interjected. I finally got to the point where I just ended the call and drover to the dealership. He met me inside the door and when I explained what customer service was and how talking over customers was a bad idea he became defensive, told me he didn't care I had that opinion, suggesting I was only trying to intimidate him by my size. This is my size, this is my face, stop acting like a frightened child. I will not let anyone take advantage of me and this guy was on full tilt. I told him again what I wanted and he said the only way they would take the trade in and give me a little more money was for me to give up the 4k in rims and tires I just got for fathers day. Another money grab stating "the rims are the only thing that make your truck". Before it was over he told me he didn't care if I went somewhere else, he said everyone knew him there and would be on his side. Before it was over he had talked over me, down to me, then ended with cussing at me when I didn't see it his way. I will never go back! More

I had my new Dodge Ram 1500 pickup for about two weeks when I experienced a flat tire from some road debris. I took it to Lithia Dodge and they ordered a new tire.
