Overall, my experience at Lithia was good with very friendly people. However, something important that was missing is that no one explained to me the built in technology features that my car has and th friendly people. Also, a couple of things were not removed from my vehicle before I officially received it: The front bumper guards and sharpie-like annotations on the top right corner of the windshield.
