We didn't think the car would arrive at the dealership while I was still in town. Surprisingly it did! Jacob called me first thing in the morning when he realized that the car had gotten delivered! They even worked with me a lot to ensure I was able to get the car I wanted! I told them what I could do and what I was looking for price wise, and they went above and beyond to get me what I wanted! They stayed way past their closing time and helped me buy my first car! They don't understand how much they helped me because I was really on a time crunch! More

Lithia BCS is absolutely horrendous! ! Do yourself a favor, drive anywhere else for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram!! Other dealership might not be any better, but I promise they won't be w ! Let me start by saying Rudy and Rizwan are great. Simply overworked and having to do too much with too little. After having my vehicle 11 days, and given 3 separate dates parts would be in. I finally got needed part number made a couple of phone calls and found part... spent $200 out of my own pocket (on covered warranty item) to purchase and have overnighted. Had a discussion with Service Manager and he proceeded to tell me, "Nothing I can do for you!!" Absolutely pathetic, complete lack of professionalism and management. Took part to dealership following morning and about 3 hours later receive a phone call only to learn I had purchased the right part, but now my transmission is bad. So, my vehicle sat there 12 days because computer told them it needed torque converter switch, but never thought to inspect other components directly related to vehicle issue. Complete lack of management!!! Like I told service manager, "When I buy my next vehicles, I will gladly remember that Nothing I Can Do For You!" More
