Awesome service. Good prices. Free name brand beverages. I would like to give a big shout out to my salesmen DOUG. After looking for cars in the Hampton Roads Area, I decided to expand my search. I found ou I would like to give a big shout out to my salesmen DOUG. After looking for cars in the Hampton Roads Area, I decided to expand my search. I found out about the car through USAA car buying program. Doug contacted me and told me about 2 cars that fit my need. He also made sure that the car would fit my budget. We discussed the price and everything before I even got there. Local dealers would not even budge. I called nearly every dealer in Hampton roads, and they all made it seem like they were too good to offer discounts or give an out the door price. They claimed to be competitive price and would not haggle. Doug gave me a super fair price and told me everything up front. I put a hold on the car and drove up there. I’m glad that I took the 5 hour trip. Doug called ahead of time to make sure that I was going up there and also to tell me that he was going to put 4 new tires on my car. I got some nice yokahoma geolanders put on. I was surprised that a dealer would go out their way to put 4 brand new tires on the car. Especially after a price was already negotiated with a discount. So 4 new tires saved me about 6-800 dollars. But then again, this is a Lexus dealer, They seem to go out their way for their customers. The dealership seemed nice. They offered free name brand refreshments. I’m used to NJ dealers that have vending machines. But not Lyndsey Lexus, They were on point. I should have took a coke for the road, but I forgot The finance guy was pretty good as well. I explained to him that I had finance through USAA and that I was good on finance. He did explain that there were options through lexus and explained that there are dealer warranties, but he wasn’t pushy. Once I told him that I was good, he went on to finish wrapping up my paperwork. He even gave me VA tags and registration paperwork. Dealers in Hampton roads like to bleed you out every cent. But not Lyndsey lexus. They didn’t push any unnecessary addons. Also, They took my trade in. I explained to them that it was a death trap and worth scrap metal. The car was only worth 400 and they gave me 400 like I asked. And that was after we negotiated the price of the car. Long story short. If you are in the Hampton roads and considering driving up there. Go for it. It Is worth the drive. The service was good. The people are good. And the free name brand refreshments are good. More
