Service was Outstanding! After discovering a minor factory error, I immediately notified Mr. Boyd Whiten my salesperson at Lindsay Lexus. He was approachable, as well as concerned about my situation (problem), and immediately notified the Lexus Service Department. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Mr. Richard Downs from the service department. He communicated with me in a professional manner and was effective. He set up an appointment for me, to bring my vehicle to their service department. After scheduling my appointment, I was directed to Mr. Ed Reilly who arranged a time that would suite me, so that this matter could be resolved. He also made arrangements to have a loaner available, just in case my vehicle wouldn't be available for pick-up. Upon arrival on the day of my scheduled service, I was introduced to the technician who was was scheduled to work on my vehicle. He politely introduced himself, took one look at the area of concern and immediately identified the problem. In my opinion, that's a real professional, because of his attention to detail, knowledgeable and expertise. With an hour my problem was mitigated in a timely and professional manner. While awaiting my vehicle to be serviced, I was treated with kindness and given an opportunity to relax in the Lexus Service customer lounge. The staff there provided me with an assortment of refreshments that included water, coffee and other refreshments. Also, while onsite at Lindsay, I reached out to Mr. Alex Judice (Vehicle Technical Specialist), who went above and beyond to explain, demonstrate and make sure that I was satisfied with my new Navigation system. Overall, I must say that the Lindsay experience has been the most satisfying sales and service experience, that I have received since 2009, when I purchased my last new vehicle. Overall, I would rate their Service Department, Salesman (Boyd), and Technical Specialist (Alex) as second to none. I give them all five (5) stars for their kindness, helpfulness and professionalism. I made a reservation. Once upon arrival at the service center, no wait time. They even did car wash. All things went smoothly. But the reminder caller seems to have a technical difficulties and hung up i center, no wait time. They even did car wash. All things went smoothly.
