Lindsay has wonderful service department clerks at the lower levels. Destiny Alston is a superstar, alongside their drivers, and workers at the front desk! The facilities are immaculate and most of the st lower levels. Destiny Alston is a superstar, alongside their drivers, and workers at the front desk! The facilities are immaculate and most of the staff is kind. This company struggles and falls short with their service department managers such as Dennis Burrell. Based on the numerous complaints and reviews he has been a constant problem for Lindsay. He is rude, combative, argumentative over the phone and refuses to own mistakes or damages his team may cause to vehicles during maintenace events. He could benefit from more management and leadership training to improve his customer engagement skills. More
The staff was very nice and accommodating, no complaints there! In no way should this be taken as an issue with the personnel. However, they clearly overbooked and we’re overwhelmed at 10:30am on a Tuesday. I had an appointment. I wanted 15mins in my car in the street before I could pull up to the service garage. An oil change/tire rotation took three hours. They knew I was waiting. No one came out to give me an update. When my boss started calling to find me, I had to find someone to get a status. They were very helpful, but it wasn’t awesome that I had to do it. I got the feeling that I would have been there another hour had I not checked. I understand their system but next time, I’m sticking with a smaller dealer that has less of an assembly line system. Also, and I know this is not-picky, but my father was in the business: the waiting rooms were very clean and comfortable and I was grateful for the coffee. But the magazines all dated back to 2021. If they miss that detail, what is going on with my car? The little things matter. More
