Absolutely disappointed with the Post-Sale experience. Purchased a new LX600 30 days ago [which, not only, was overpriced, but had certain “options” added into it which were not wanted/chosen/selected by Purchased a new LX600 30 days ago [which, not only, was overpriced, but had certain “options” added into it which were not wanted/chosen/selected by me when I had placed my purchase order.] and was given 30 day temporary tags + told I’d receive my proper tags in under 30 days. [hence why they supposedly charge an unreasonably high processing fee to mislead customers into thinking they’d be efficient/deliver on their promises]. After not hearing from the dealership since I purchased my vehicle, I went there on day 29 (of 30) to inquire about my Tags. The Salesperson who sold me the vehicle (Ed) was dismissive and unaccomodating and directed me towards the finance dept. Zero effort made to assist. Once I spoke to the people in Finance, they were just as dismissive and told me to wait until someone could assist me. 54 minutes later, after not a single person had the courtesy and/or decency to assist/acknowledge me in any way, I left empty handed with expired tags. Not only can I not drive my new vehicle now, but I still have not received any update on the status of my tags etc. Very disappointed with my Experience and will be sure to share this with BBB and Toyota Corporate. More
My service visited at Lindsay Lexus was very satisfactory. My service agent (Juan Baez) was very helpful and professional. Excellent service. Completely VIP service. When I arrived, there was valet. Fred was ready and waiting even though I arrived 5-10 minutes late due to a traffic accident. I know 2 hours seems normal, but even better than that. There were quiet rooms, oversized leather chairs, every non-alcoholic beverage available at no additional cost, snacks, WARM cookies, and free WiFi. Not sure if I forgot anything. Fred was so wonderful, a stranger inquired about him and was sad that she didn’t know that she could request him specifically. Excellent service. Oh I forgot that to mention, Fred came to me (never actually had to get up) to explain that my car was going to take longer than anticipated and offered me a rental for my convenience. More
Gaby Wells is the main reason I’m a return service customer. She’s my car’s primary care physician.
