The price they offered on the CPO RX400h we purchased was very fair, and the vehicle was in great condition. A short follow-up visit whereby Kevin Johnson and Craig Novitsky closed on some paperwork, floor mats, and wheel lock introduction was pleasant and attentive. I was so very pleased with the overall experience of Lindsay Lexus and Mr. Tayyab Great Customer Service that I decided to purchase the 2013 RX350 AWD. Our salesman, Sid Ferzad, was great about answering questions and finding the 300 hybrid in the color we wanted. I leased my Lexus RX350 a few months ago from Lindsay Lexus- one of the biggest mistakes I made in my adult life. 1) Avoid financing manager Whan Kim, he will mislead you for profit. Even one of his salespeople admitted this to me. 2) Deal directly with the sales manager. Never trust anything that comes out of salesperson- the salesperson makes representation for a sale and we reach a deal. The sales manager denies the deal later on. 3) Don't expect the top managers to follow up with you- I've contacted Jeff Warner, general manager of the store, to resolve my issue. He promised to follow up. To this date (a month later), I haven't heard from him. More
Patrick was effusive with this assurances that a visit to Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria was warranted and that he would offer a CPO vehicle at an agreed upon price and also offer "top dollar" for a trade-in. Upon arrival, I was sorely disappointed that he could not offer the CPO vehicle at the price initially offered and that their trade-in appraisal was well below another appraisal I received the day before. When pressed about the CPO vehicle, he apologized for their inaccurate inventory records. One further cautionary note - inspect any of their vehicles you might be interested in very closely. The 3 CPO's that I looked at on their lot all had extensive scratches and scuffs that any competent body shop / detailer would have been able to remedy. When pressed about the trade-in appraisal, he pointed to the work the car would need but gave absolutely no credit for documented work that was performed ahead of the manufacturer's recommended schedule, e.g., timing belt and tune-up. On that last note, Lexus of Silver Spring happily increased their initial appraisal upon presentation of these documented services. Lexus of Silver Spring earned my business with their up-front, no-BS professional communications and competency throughout the remainder of the transaction. More

Sid listened closely to what was important to us and was impressive in his responsiveness, customer service and willingness to going the extra mile to provide "above and beyond" delivery! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the market and will go back again to work with him. All of the staff at Lindsey are much more responsive (this is our 2nd car from them) and professional than any car dealership we've been in...and we've bought a lot of cars in the Washington area in the last 25 years! We saw a beautiful GS300, we made them an offer online, the following day, Doug returned our call and we came down to Alexandria to view and test drive the car. Instantly, we fell in love with the car, we were able to negotiate a fair price. We love our new (used) car and it was very easy and pleasant buying experience. Our sales person, Doug was FANTANTIC!
