Steven Rhee exudes that which embodies and exemplifies what is Lexus... the quiet assurance of knowing you present the best automotive marque that the Steven Rhee exudes that which embodies and exemplifies what is Lexus... the quiet assurance of knowing you present the best automotive marque that there is... but still recognizing that the car only sells itself to a point because there is so much more than is readily apparent. The "so much more" once shared, ensures an even greater appreciation for the total package that is Lexus. The design... the quality... the service... the support... making sure the car is a good fit--everything that is not only necessary before the sale but after... All these positive qualities are true of Steven. I don't typically endorse specific sales consultants, but for Steven I make the exception and do so wholeheartedly. He was patient with our questions, which probably seemed to be unending, spanning more than 2 months. He guided my wife and me through the buying process, and in the process, inspired confidence that we were getting the best value, all the while exemplifying integrity and commitment to ensuring the best match with our needs and interests. Anything less, we would not have felt obligated to stay with Lindsay and would likely have purchased elsewhere. We very much valued the Lindsay Lexus purchasing experience and look forward to having a reason to buy again soon... but not too soon! Until then, we intend to refer others to Steven and Lindsay Lexus. Steven is the consummate professional and I am confident he will continue to have a stellar career with Lexus and Toyota. Poor Service: Needs Improvement Purchasing a luxury car from a prestigious dealership like Lindsey Lexus in Alexandria should come with exceptional customer service from all areas fr Purchasing a luxury car from a prestigious dealership like Lindsey Lexus in Alexandria should come with exceptional customer service from all areas from sales to financing, however, I did not have that experience my second time around at this dealership. I came in and purchased a CPO SUV on Saturday, April 4th. I am very happy with my purchase and the sales person who assisted me but the financial manager made my experience not so great and I will not be returning to make another purchase in the future. I explained that I was paying cash for the car and that I would bring a check the following week since they had my other car as collateral. I was prepared at that time to make my down payment. When I came to Mr. Kim's desk for paper work, he had me sign a few forms and said that was it. I asked, "Is that it?" and he replied back by saying "Yes, that is it". I get a call yesterday evening from Mr. Kim and he said that I did not pay the down payment. I told him that you did not take it from me before leaving with the car (April 4th)but you did not tell me at that time to pay so I did not. Now, after I dropped off the remainder for the car on Friday, April 10, I thought I completed my tasks until the second part of the title came. The bill of sale stated how much owed at the bottom line and my check that I brought to the dealership reflected just that. Mr. Kim also asked me about the Title. I already presented my portion of the title (MD) on April 4th and that I JUST paid the car off on Friday, April 10th. Now why and HOW would I have the second part of the title on the following Monday, April 13? This whole non-financing process with this dealership has become way to complicated. I will return for my free oil change but after that, I will be taking my business with another Lexus dealership. Hopefully in the future, Mr Kim will pay closer attention to his process and make sure that he fulfills all the necessary requirements before customers leave the dealership. Purchasing a vehicle, whether it is paying cash or financing through a loan, should have not been done in the manner in which I went through. Again, I am displeased with this part of the process and will not spend not one dime at this dealership again. More

My sales consultant was Alan Jones who has been with the dealer for a while now. He was extremely easy to deal with and very knowledgable during the buying process. His first question was "what are you looking for in your next car", from there we went through what I was looking for and we landed on the F sport. Overall everyone there was very nice and worked very fast to get me through the process in a few hours so that I could catch a flight. I can definitely see myself going back for more vehicles later in life. 2 thumbs up from me! More

I live 1 1/2 hours away and made numerous calls to Mark Coleman regarding the car and making arrangements to go see it. Mark was very kind courteous and prompt with calling me back and answering all my questions. They actual purchase process was hassle free as the staff made this super easy and they even sent my new tags overnight. The entire staff made me feel like I was the most important person there. Sid was professional, responsive, courteous and effective. Met my needs and exceeded my expectations. I was not in the buy mood, but he made a deal worth moving on. We are very happy with the experience and can't imagine going with another dealer ever. This is my third Lexus and 2nd experience with Sid. I would recommend him to others in a heartbeat. Great dealer service as well, far better than the other area Lexus dealers which is why I drive further to Alexandria despite being closer to MD dealers. I changed dealers with the last Lexus I purchased and Sid was the reason for that. I use Lindsay for service appointments as well for the same reason. Tara P Dunning More

She found exactly what we wanted and it was being delivered in just a few days. They gave us the best price by far of any Lexus dealership within 5 hours of us. We drove up when it came in and it was exactly like we were told. No funny stuff at all, exactly the price they say with the options they said. They even found us a rate which was .7% lower than what we had gotten through the credit union which saved us more money. Jessica showed us everything about the car and was great to work with. We cant say enough about how good of a job she did finding the car and getting everything set up. It was pretty painless. She even texted us pictures of our new car the day it came out of the detail shop. Barbara helped find us a better interest rate. It couldn't have been any better. They were not pushy at all, they explained any extra we could buy but did not push anything on us. Even though they are 5 hours from our home we will look to them first for our next Lexus. Since then, I have purchased a number of other cars, but no car experience came close to being as pleasant. So, when I decided to purchase another Lexus (the brand new NX-300), of course I returned to Lindsay Lexus. Good memories last. Steven Rhee helped us this time and he was just as low-key as my sales consultant from 22 years ago -- mind you, as helpful as could be, but not pushy. WHAT could be better? Knowledgable, professional, pressure-free. I highly recommend both the dealership and Steven. I don't expect it to be quite so long before I return again... and I would never go to any other Lexus dealership! More
