However, Josh Watts, the Internet Sales manager immediately called for more information, found out exactly what I needed and was able to help. Extremely friendly, very flexible and detail-oriented. Josh does a great job of making sure that you get to someone who can help you quickly. I can also tell he is a very good manager and coaches his staff. In the store, I worked with Chance Ates, who was fantastic. He is the opposite of the stereotype of sales. He is thoughtful, patient, always present and knowledgable but not at all pushy or aggressive. That is exactly why he earns your trust quickly. He has time for you and let's you take the time you need to learn the car. I had done plenty of research, but Chance knew all kinds of little details that you don't find in the online reviews of the cars. Frankly, other sales staff at other dealerships sit in the car and don't say much. Chance knew more than I imagined about how these complex driving machines work. I was very impressed by how well management works with the junior staff, the handoff from the Internet department to the sales team and the patient, friendly service. It's a well-oiled machine here. You will be treated well, and they will be very competitive with any other dealer in the area to earn your business. Based on this experience, I have my Lexus dealer in the area for a long time to come! More

Lexus is a great car! Lexus is a great car for anyone. It has been the only brand that I have bought for my last 3 cars. Yesterday, I bought a 2016 Certified ES350 and Lexus is a great car for anyone. It has been the only brand that I have bought for my last 3 cars. Yesterday, I bought a 2016 Certified ES350 and I love driving it. The Lexus is luxurious, spacious, stylish, and drives quietly. It has all the amenities which makes driving the car feel so comfortable -- almost too comfortable so that you may think that you are being chauffered. The ES350 has a sun roof, moon roof, heated front seats, automatic windshield wipers, and automatic interior and exterior lighting system. The Navigation System and Media System (radio, CD player, speakers, etc.) are very good as well as the AC/Heat Systems. The trunk is very big compared to other similar 4 door sedans. The salesperson, Mesfin Ayele, is fantastic to work with in the certified used car department. I must admit that I am extremely selective, have high expectations, and somewhat demanding and Mr. Ayele was great in answering all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable, patient, complied with and fulfilled all of my requests. He made me feel that he cared about the different options and decisions that I had to make before committing to make the final transaction. He wasn't "pushy" as typically portrayed for used car salespersons. Because I have had 2 other Lexus cars, I know that the service department are professionals in maintenance and repairs. They are friendly, experts in their field, and are determined to make the customer happy. Overall, I highly recommend Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria. More
