Salesman - 5-star, but Lindsay Dealership not I give Boye Adeleye, the salesman, 5 star because he was extremely helpful and courteous. However I was told to come back for the second key the next day because where the keys are kept was closed as it was late. Only to find out the next day that there was no second key. I did ask when Lindsay would get me the 2nd and they said NO that since the car was a BMW they wouldn't provide me with a 2nd key. I then called BMW to inquire about how Lindsay could help me get a key from them. BMW told me it will cost $250 which I don't have. I have been left stranded a couple times since I got the car because there is only one key between my wife and myself. Lindsay should get me a 2nd key at the very least. More

A number of dealerships had tried to rip me off and straight up lied to get m When I went to Lindsay Ford, I approached with a fail amount of caution. A number of dealerships had tried to rip me off and straight up lied to get me in the door and into the finance room. Lindsay Ford was different though. The Sales rep was really nice. The manager was really nice and accommodating and went out of his was to reach a deal that both of us found fair. My issue was the finance person I had to deal with. He tried to sell me the car for $3000 above what I had discussed with the sales rep (base price, without financing etc.). Then laughed and told me I don't know math. I was walking out until the manager came got me to stay and set the price straight. Sales reps and Manager - Thumbs up. Finance Person - Thumbs down. Don't get bullied or tricked, and you can make a great deal at this dealership. More
