Very Happy Customer I had been looking to replace my daily driver (F150 186K miles) with something more fuel-efficient when the Covid-19 pandemic hit. My search became in I had been looking to replace my daily driver (F150 186K miles) with something more fuel-efficient when the Covid-19 pandemic hit. My search became internet-based and I narrowed my choice to a 2019 Fusion Hybrid with low mileage. Lindsay Ford did pop up on my list but they were at the extreme of my search area and figured I'd find something closer to home. To say my attempt to buy a car was frustrating would be an understatement. I went to countless dealerships and walked away frustrated every time. I was 10 minutes away from a dealership when they called and told me the car I was coming to look at was sold. I was just going to turn around and head home when I remembered Lindsay Ford. I punched in the address into my GPS and off I went. I figured I had nothing to lose at this point. Once at Lindsay, I was introduced to Tom Squire. Within minutes Tom listened to what I was looking for and came up with several options. I was amazed at Lindsay's selection and the pricing was good as well. After a test drive, I picked a car and the deal was made. I can't stress enough how professional Tom was and how well everyone at Lindsay treated me. I will be coming back! More

Well, without a doubt it was the usual car shuffle of feet! I liked our sales man Boye and Jeff in Finance, but their counter part manager Steve Costa plays Kenny Rogers...”you’ve got to know when to ho feet! I liked our sales man Boye and Jeff in Finance, but their counter part manager Steve Costa plays Kenny Rogers...”you’ve got to know when to hold them, know when to fold them”. He’s a real typical cardealer! The hastle at this dealership was incredible! Ford has a CPO fee on top of the price of your used car, and I understand from other large car Dealerships that Linsay’s fee was extremely high, an additional fee of almost $3,600 on top of the price of your car. It’s for a 172 check list for a Certified pre owner car. I think that is quite a lot of money. My car had 12,000 miles on it, and as I mentioned, Steve Costa made buying a car exhausting and a horrible experience! Buying a car should be a fun experience, because you are buying an expensive item to last a long time! You want to leave feeling good about buying your car there; not leaving feeling beat-up! More
