Definitely, If I could go back in time I would NOT BUY from this dealership. They hounded me with phone calls and pretended to be attentive in the beginning. Snakes. On July 12 of this monstrous COVID year I emailed a warranty cancellation form to Ariel (Finance Manager) and so far in September, I have still not received confirmation that my account has been adjusted to reflect the cancellation. This means that it's costing us money in a time when all expenses must be trimmed. I'll describe this behavior by Lindsay Ford in Wheaton Maryland as not just heartless; but also stupid. It's stupid old-time behavior because I have all the time in the world and social media at my fingertips to share with other consumers the miserable mistake I made going to that dealership. Gone are the days when consumers feel ripped off and cannot signal a warning to other consumers to stay away. If this saves at least one other consumer from getting hurt then I would have done a good thing. BTW, the sale price will sound reasonable but once you get to the finance table that sale price will be jacked up about $3,200.00 extra for the car to be Certified Pre-Owned. They charged a high interest rate even though my credit rating is 760, and a ridiculous charge of over $3,000.00 for warranty since it's an electric car and expensive to maintain if something goes wrong with the computer that operates it.
