Had an appointment at Lindsay Ford of Wheaton to see a specific vehicle. Lindsay Ford called me three hours before my appointment to confirm (which I did). I traveled over 40 miles to see the vehicle, arr specific vehicle. Lindsay Ford called me three hours before my appointment to confirm (which I did). I traveled over 40 miles to see the vehicle, arriving early. The vehicle had already been sold and nobody contacted me, which would have saved considerable time and gas. The salesman simply stated he was 'busy' when I arrived. I left and returned home. Two hours later, the Lindsay Ford Floor Manager called me to inquire whether I was ever going to show up for my appointment. I thereafter submitted an email complaint and the Lindsay Ford Internet Sales Manager sent an unprofessionally smug reply. The original salesman left a voicemail message for me two days later that they had other cars I could purchase. This was an awful experience and I will not give them any future consideration. More
