I waited 6 months for a special order maverick, for which I put a hold with a CC, got a confirmation email about enrollment into the program. I was called on friday, I thought I'd be able to come in over the weekend, but wasn't able to. Was on my way in Monday, to find out "they held it as long as they could". They used not being able to come in that Sunday and a question asking about what happens to unclaimed orders in one call (of dozens of calls and emails and persistent, and often unresponded to requests for updates) to determine that I "met a profile of someone not wanting the vehicle". Friday afternoon to Monday afternoon (the next business day) was as long as Lindsay Ford could wait to sell out a customer so they could get the exorbitant dealer markup by selling to someone else. I spoke to the general manager, who seemed reasonable, but seeing other experiences, I'm fairly certain they're just a crooked dealership and he's certainly more used to this behavior than he indicated on our call. More

My younger sister & I purchased a vehicle for her 2 weekends ago. While all of the staff/sales associates were very friendly we worked specifically with Alexa to purchase our vehicle. The process was very smooth & fairly quick. Alexa was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that my sister was there to see & was able to answer all of her questions. The finance associate was also great & broke things down for us in a way that made us even more confident in this purchase. She asked about which features I was most interested in, what were musts and what were not essential, so that we could find the right Mach-E model type (especially relevant given the high demand and low supply of the Mach-E). Petra also was easily available by text/phone, she politely followed up a day later after my initial test-drive, and we finished the deal within 2 days. A few days after the purchase she followed up to make sure everything was working well and that I was enjoying the Mach-E. It was great working with Petra. More
