Front desk tech needs to improve communication with customers. I was scheduled for an appointment at 730am for oil change and a sensor situation that would take 2hours. The front desk tech comp the oil change, which I appreciated. Issue however is lack of communication between mechanic front desk tech back to client. That was very disappointing it wasn’t communicated to me why, I had to wait so long for a service including oil change that shouldn’t took more than 2 1/2 hours! I don’t know if all the techs are this way or just the guy that was helping me! I just hope he can become more efficient with managing comms between everyone! More

Follow up on this: Management went above and beyond to correct the miscommunication and install the parts which were on back order from manufacturer. The amazing customer service despite the minor hiccup has quite possibly ensured all my cars will come from here. Bought a brand new 2025 vehicle. Dealer options were not installed at the time of purchase. When i call dealership to ask about getting the options (cross rails for roof rack and floor mats) I am told someone will call me back. I have called daily and no one will call back or provide an answer as to when i will get the items listed on the window sticker. More
