Never going back here. Other dealers aren’t doing this, and the ones that are marking it up are at least honest and upfront about it, rather than hiding it behind ceramic smart shields. I expressed my disappointment, as I had to drive pretty far to get there in person, only to realize the out the door price was nowhere near MSRP. Anthony continues to email and text me, even when I’m not responding. Super unprofessional IMO. More
I would give them NO STARS if I could. I bought a brand new 2023 Chevy Trailblazer at Lindsay Chevrolet. The third day after I brought it home, the display pixelated and began to not respo I bought a brand new 2023 Chevy Trailblazer at Lindsay Chevrolet. The third day after I brought it home, the display pixelated and began to not respond. I took it back to the dealership that day. I was told they couldn't get me into the service dept until the following week. I brought it in, the service department told me I needed to buy an Android phone, Apple Car Play was just finicky and GM knew there was a problem, but were not going to put out a software update until late 2023. I said I didn't want the car, I wasn't going to drive a broken vehicle that I just paid a lot of money for while they worked on a fix. They told me 'too bad, you should have brought it in earlier' I told the finance officer that I had brought it in and they (Lindsey Chevrolet) told me to bring it back a week later. He said 'too bad' and got in my face in a very threatening manner when I said I wasn't leaving with that vehicle. Since that time, they have had the car more than I have, and never have fixe the issue. The customer service is AWFUL, even today, 6 months after I bought the vehicle, they have the car in the service department. I get a text last week saying they would like me to come in to run some tests with my phone connected, what does 'next Tuesday look like'? I said I get called in sometimes, but as of that day, next Tuesday looks clear. Then, I never got a response from them, no 'be here at 9am' or 'Come in on Tuesday' or any confirmation. Tuesday came and went, and no text, no confirmation phone call, no email. Then, on Wednesday, I get a text at 11:30 am, 'We were waiting on you yesterday'??? I said, why didn't you confirm, or at least text me Tuesday am telling me you expected me in? This isn't the only issue, the last time they scheduled me to come in on a Monday at 9am and told me they would have a 'loaner' vehicle. I got there on that Monday at 9am, and they said, 'sorry, we don't have a loaner'??? And I could go on. Please, if you value customer service, DO NOT VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP! As I said, I can't give them NO STARS, but wish I could. More
