Yea Ali was a great person helped all the way i cant say as much for the sales manager he was very rude unhelpful didn't seem interested in selling us a car at all just very publicly said that wasn't the car for us even with me buying the car out right not financing it.I promise he would not work for me!!!

I was hoping that you guys would sold to me that car I tested drove this morning. This was my second trip tried to buy a new car but no hope at all. Now I am shopping around on other dealers if they could help. This was the same situation when I traded in my 2019 Trax. I bought the 2021 Equinox with the $25,000 the loan balance for the Trax, with the Trax paid off I didn’t put down any down payment but the sale manager gave me options for no down payment if I could afford $649 payments. Then I said that was outstanding offer and the case was closed and I drove home with the brand new 2021 Equinox in August 2021. Look what was going on my two trips for the same situation. I was sad.
