Absolute horrible experience and poor management! If I could leave a 0/0 I would!! On Wednesday 1/10 we call to confirm the availability of a certain vehicle (2022 Chevy AWD Trax with under 800 miles If I could leave a 0/0 I would!! On Wednesday 1/10 we call to confirm the availability of a certain vehicle (2022 Chevy AWD Trax with under 800 miles. I proceed to communicate via text 1/10-1/11 discussing actual mileage, availability, warranty etc. I setup an appointment to come down and check/try out said vehicle on Friday 1/12! Keep in mind this dealership is 1.5hrs each way from me and I had been discussing this specific vehicle since Wednesday 1/10! We arrive the morning of 1/12 as promised. I'm instantly passed off to a different sales rep than I had been communicating with. She jumps straight into asking If I had a trade, I replied perhaps. She then asks for keys, license, etc. I complied and gave them to her. We sit down briefly, then I requested to see/check out the vehicle I was interested in. All to be informed that the vehicle wasn't available to check out/try out due to it being in service awaiting repair parts! This is after confirming availability and arranging an appointment to check out said vehicle. (Clearly they never confirmed anything and just wanted me in there)! She went to get her manager to basically be a buffer to the situation and apologize for 30+ minutes (waisting more of my time)! All in all 3.5-4hrs of my Friday morning into afternoon was shot because this dealership does not care about or respect their potential customers time. They just want to get get you in there and try to push vehicles on you that you are not interested in. Bait and switch at its finest!! It's sad when you call to inquire about a 2022 Trax with under 800 miles and they try to push you into a 2021 Buick with 20+ thousand miles (for more $ than the original inquire). My whole experience was unprofessional from start to finish! Lack of honesty, integrity, and professionalism! They only care about themselves and their profit margins!! They do not value their customers, their customers time, or their product quality!! This experience was a complete waste of time and was handled poorly from sales rep through management! Here it is 1 day (exactly 24hrs from this complete joke of "customer service") and the Trax in question is still listed on their website as available! From my experience this dealership is the exact definition of why people dislike the car buying/shopping process. Hopefully this review saves you (the potential customer) time, money, and frustration! I have absolutely nothing good to say about them at all! A complete joke of an establishment! More
