This was the first Chevy dealership I visited during my car search. Jannie was the most knowledgable sales person I met in all the dealerships I visited. Not only did she know her stuff, she was also very friendly. I was not buying on my first visit, but after doing my own research, I returned the next weekend to purchase. Jannie had a customer, so I was passed off to another sales person. This person was clearly new and had no idea how the sales process was suppose to work. She was very friendly, but it became quite clear they just left her talking to us to try and wait for Jannie to wrap up with her other customer. About 3hrs of waiting later, the sales manager got involved and started talking numbers with me. He would not give me a price for the car though. He kept giving me monthly payment amounts (all of which were ridiculous) but would not tell me how much the car itself was. Also, I had been told about this $0.99 gas for the rest of year deal they were doing that they could calculate the amount and take it off the car you were buying, but no one would give me what the amount off would be. To top that off, they tried to low ball me on the value of my trade-in. After a total of 4 wasted hours, I left frustrated and annoyed. The happy ending is that I went to another dealership that afternoon and got the exact same car for an excellent price. And it took way less than 4 hours. More

I went to Lindsay to look at a used quad-cab silverado. I ended up with a brand new 2011 Silverado Extended Cab. I had intended to trade in my 2005 Ford F-150 and brought it along to let them look at it. My ended up with a brand new 2011 Silverado Extended Cab. I had only had this vehicle for a year and 3 months and really needed some reliable transportation. Even with the mechanical issues, Lindsay Chevrolet worked with me for a decent trade-in value. The staff at Lindsay were extremely friendly and professional! They did not badger me, follow me around as I looked at the vehicles in their lot and were ready to assist me with any questions I had at a moments notice. Mr. Dwane James (the sales associate who I worked with) along with his manager were very receptive to my needs and willing to work with a "credit challened" person such as myself. Came to Lindsay with a definite car in mind - HHR - but, couldn't find one to test drive. Julio and his manager, I think, went to great lengths to find a vehicle for me to drive. It took a while, but the end result was I am now the owner of an HHR LT and so far am glad I stuck to my goal of getting that vehicle and thankful that the Lindsay team didn't give up the quest. I must say that I enjoyed my experience at Lindsay to a great extemt because Julio was such a pleasant young man to deal with. I was very impressed with Lindsay Chevrolet for many reasons. As soon as I drove on site a helper came to assist me with opening up a Traverse that I wanted to look at.
