This review is primarly about the service department. I would avoid it, Even though the "maintenance package" i got from them has free oil change i would rather go somewhere else and actually pay for ser I would avoid it, Even though the "maintenance package" i got from them has free oil change i would rather go somewhere else and actually pay for service, becuase the service is that bad. Here's a detailed explanation why: They use a third service party company to make service appointments which in it's self isn't bad idea it's just executed poorly. You will call wait on hold and then they say they will call you back and don't. And when you make it to the service department to checkin you will stand there awkwardly before some acknowledges you. Even though they have no customers infront of them they are very focused on there computers. The people are friendly but just a bad experience all around. More

Hsan was good with the initial information to see if they had the truck on their lot. Once I was passed to the sales manager to get the pricing the sales pricing manager broke down the price with discounts. had the truck on their lot. I questioned a $999 dealer prep fee and he said I could not afford the truck and told me to have a good day. Truck has been on the lot for 163 days and had not moved yet. More

I am truly Thankful for Joseph, Mike and their crew! !!I am from PA and We broke down on a Saturday on our way to OBX for our family vacation. Our Traverse was towed to Lindsay and Joseph and his team ju !!I am from PA and We broke down on a Saturday on our way to OBX for our family vacation. Our Traverse was towed to Lindsay and Joseph and his team jumped on it and it was a holiday weekend! They knew that we were to leave to go home the following Saturday. These men were AMAZING!!! Not only did they jump into action but they called me daily with updates!!! Told me to enjoy my vacation!! And Friday Joseph called me and it was ready to go!!! Saturday I got there to pick my car up not only was it fixed! They completely detailed it and returned my rental for me so I could keep going to get home!! These men have went above and beyond for me and I never got to personally meet them!! I Thank You Joseph, Mike and Crew!!! In my book you are A+!!! Thank you Again, Kelly More
We came very close to buying a car here, after test driving three. The salesman seemed helpful, until we got to the numbers and the trade-in. They absolutely low-balled us on the value of the trade - offering 50% of what we were offered by the dealer where we ended up purchasing a car. In the end, I guess he did us a favor, as we ended up with a better car (which was a different make and model to the traverse we were seriously considering). I think I am most irritated, as I feel that he did this as he was dealing with two women, and thought he could pull one over us. Disappointing overall. More
