I originally dealt with the dealership online. Then I was connected with Carlos and Marvin. They helped me negotiate the deal over the phone and online before taking the 2 Hour Dr. to get there. My oil change light came on after it was serviced with an oil change. Which was an inconvenience and scary situation for me.
