I recently ordered and purchased my suv at Lima Auto Mall and I had a great experience! First of all we discussed a lot of the financing information over the phone so when I arrived all the forms were alrea and I had a great experience! First of all we discussed a lot of the financing information over the phone so when I arrived all the forms were already organized and ready to sign. They took the time out to show me where everything was inside the car and answered all my questions and even got me started with OnStar connection. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable.
