I had an emergemcy problem while driving (Red Warning light on dashboard). I was enroute from Willingboro, NJ to Willmington.DE. I detoured to a Toyota Dealer on Route 1 in PA. I was advised to continue light on dashboard). I was enroute from Willingboro, NJ to Willmington.DE. I detoured to a Toyota Dealer on Route 1 in PA. I was advised to continue my trip and have Liberty Toyota check the problem as soon as posible. I called Liberty at 0700 the next morning (July 21,2010)and informed them I would be dropping my Prius off as soon as a friend arrived at my home, we had to go to Wilmington,DE again to a burial. I was treated exceptionally well by the service manager, Mr. Joe Fazio. Mr Fazio kept me informed of the progress he was making via cell phone.His staff located the waterpump needed and I was able to retreive my Prius on my return from the funeral.I consider myself fortunate to have a Dealership like Liberty close at hand. And a service manager like Mr. Fazio to help me. I bought my Prius from Liberty in 2004 and no one else has ever done any maintainance on my Vehicle. My wife and I have purchased 5 new cars from Liberty since 1989, and we have always had our cars serviced there. We have always been pleased. The Service Managers have all been exceptional starting wi since 1989, and we have always had our cars serviced there. We have always been pleased. The Service Managers have all been exceptional starting with Tammy. Her knowledge, personality, and charm in 1989 is no different today. Although I do not know any of the mechanics, the service people create a very positive impression. Joe Fazio continues giving fantastic service and I enjoy working with him. Joe, Tammy, and Ray are the 3 I work with the most, and I commend each of them for the great jobs they do. More

Joe Fazio was my service repesentative and his customer service was excellent in every way. I had my RAV4 brought in for a 5,000 mile service and the "oil pipe" recall service. When the car was returned service was excellent in every way. I had my RAV4 brought in for a 5,000 mile service and the "oil pipe" recall service. When the car was returned to me the first thing I noticed was a large plastic part on the passenger floor mat. The technician had forgotten the part when replacing the cabin air filter. No problem, the technician came by and replaced with an apology. Then I started the car and I immediately noticed it running very rough and the engine warning and 4WD warning lights were on. That one concerned me. The service manager returned the car to the service bay and looked a little concerned. The car was returned to me about 20 minutes later with an explanation that the PCV valve vacuum hose had been left disconnected during the recall repair. Once again the customer service is always excellent at Liberty Toyota and the service is normally very satisfactory, but how can you miss a 9" long extra plastic part and a visibly rough running car with two warning lights? Car has run perfectly since the service. More

Mr. Joseph Fazio is FANTASTIC.I took my wife's auto in without an appointment because it needed 2 tires and it was bouncing around from side to side.I thought the bouncing was the result of the leaking ti without an appointment because it needed 2 tires and it was bouncing around from side to side.I thought the bouncing was the result of the leaking tires. Scott the mechanic contacts Joe; Joe comes and talks to me about what Scott found with my auto and we both walk back into the service center and Scott(mechanic) explains that a front link assembly is shot. Joe then tells me about my options as he always does(always thinking about his clients). Within 2 hours I was safely on my way. Joe doesn't merely fill out forms;he listens to the customer,explains your options,and when nescessary takes u back into the service center and lets the mechanic explain what's go'n on; so u can see for yourself.Viva Mr.Fazio! This dealer is so well run and it's integrity is unquestionable;I wouldn't think of go'n anywhere else.They have a system where u r in and out within 2 hours or less;if the situation is more complicated they will give u a ride home and if needed pick u up again. Service is what Joe,Scott,and the whole team of Liberty is all about. Thanks Joe!
