We were given directions to the dealership; they were on target. When we arrived, the vehicle was already pulled out front. We were greeted by Milton Ortiz upon getting out of the car. Actually, he identified us before we could identify him. I was wary of auto salesmen based on previous experiences. But I can honestly say that Milton took care of us throughout the entire process just as he said he would. There were a couple of times where I would've liked a more direct answer to questions. But overall, I was satisfied with the service, the process, and the end result. I had a pleasant experience. The process was efficient as well. Everyone we came in contact with had a friendly disposition. The facility and grounds are attractive and clean. My mother and father were present and they were pleased with the experience, which, I believe, speaks volumes. I would recommend Milton and this dealership to my friends, associates, and family. More

I'm in the market for another vehicle, as my Pontiac is pushing 200K. I've never owned a Toyota so I wanted to do some research... the staff at Liberty were superb. I dealt with Craig and he answered every question I had and even made some suggestions about what to look for in a used vehicle that I hadn't considered. I never felt pressured to buy and I walked out feeling like they were interested in making sure that I was satisfied with any purchase I might make. I'm still looking but when it comes to deciding which dealership to use they will definitely be in the running. Thanks for a great experience! More
This is the third time I have purchased a car from Liberty Toyota and second with Ken, so I would definitely recommend them. And Toyota cars are the best, so they have a great product. Ken is fair, open and listens to what you care about. We would prefer to avoid the back and forth with managers but they still use that format. Their current deals and rates of interest are quite good and the financial through Toyota is excellent. More

This entire process sometimes for a consumer is very stressful. I didn't think I was really able to gt the car I wanted, the deal and the finance rate required for me. He understood my situation and showed me three-four certified cars that were outstanding. He explained each car and the rate , payments based on MY NEEDS, not theirs and did a masterful job at it.... He is one of the most strait forward people in the business and the dealership was all so helpful and very courtious. Very professional place and they want to actually help you. Milt guided me over to the Corolla S, and we went out on the test drive. Before going he explained and showed me where everything was in the car. When we returned to the dealership he showed me how to use to the blue tooth and what E/T meant on the dash. (Which is Elapsed Time) As I was getting out of the car, three of the sales men (Ken,Doug and Misha) gave a thumbs up and said "You look good in it." As, Milt was finalizing the deal, Jaye (salesperson) walked over, smiled and mentioned how the Corolla is a good choice and congratulated me. I thought it was also nice of the GM to come over and ask how everything was as well as the sales managers to come over. Milt periodically would ask how I was doing and if I needed anything. I traded my other car so when I was cleaning out my belongings Milt went in and came back outside with my coat and helped. (it was a colder day of the week) Then the final process with the finance manager was over, and Milt again went over all the features and safety! My process took a couple hours, but Milt along with everyone else made my experience worth it! I will definitely suggest my friends or family to come to Milt! More
