And since I'm just starting my research, that was really important. But what was also just as impressive, and may be the very reason I come back, was the way I was treated even though I told Craig I wasn't a serious buyer yet. I have since gone to several other dealerships and have not found anyone as patient and helpful as Craig. It seems to me at those other places if you're not buying yet, they don't want to bother with you. But not Craig, and not at Liberty. I went into Liberty Toyota while my husband was at work, just trying to price some cars. I test drove a 2008 Toyota Prius and fell in love, but didn't want to commit to it until my husband saw it. I went in today to test drive a Scion today and I ended up buying it. Karina was so nice and she didn't pressure me at all. She was very attentive and let me decide on my own.
