I went into the Liberty Toyata dealership about a month ago because my lease was up on my Honda Accord. I thought the service was great. From the moment I got out of the car I was greeted by Michael and he was very open and very attentive. I would like to first say that when we walked into toyota the greeting was friendly. We then requested to speak with Pete in finance and explained our situation. Michael took our information and said he would get back to us because it was late in the evening. Michael called us and we went back to toyota to test drive the Carmy. We where happy with the way the car drove and sat down to make the deal. I like to say that toyota made the deal go by with easy, because we weren't waiting for hours. The overall service that we recieved is above satisfaction. I have now told others in my family to invest in a toyota. My experience with Craig was a great! I have been buying Hondas for years, my lease is coming up in a few months so I wanted to see what Toyota had to offer.
