My overall experience with Liberty Toyota was a wonderful experience. Milt Ortiz from the moment that I came into the showroom (I should say from the moment he approached me just outside the showroom)couldn' experience. I would recommend Milt to my friends and co-workers. Everything went so smooth. You have quite a sales person, Milt Ortiz expressed his loyalty to Liberty Toyota and he is very proud to be working at Liberty Toyota. I also dropped my car off today 1/10 to have an automatic starter put in. The service coming in was excellent and quick. I'm sure that my service upon pickup of my Corolla will be the same. The easiest, most fantastic car buying experience, ever! I went in knowing what I wanted to pay, and was met with a friendly staff who was willing to do anything to make me happy. The dealership had a friendly staff and the sales associate took the time to show the features and operation for the highlander. Once we agreed on a price the paper work was quick and easy. I could have purchased the cars much closer to were I live but the quality of the sales and support staff was so good I picked them. I did have a few items I wanted added to the car and service dept. was very good in keeping me posted on the arrival of my items and setting up an installation time and date. I had went to this Toyota dealership after having a bad experience at another dealership. I was greeted promptly and offered coffee and pastries. I had searched online and picked the car I wanted to see. experience at another dealership. I was greeted promptly and offered coffee and pastries. I had searched online and picked the car I wanted to see. I presented the stock number of the car and the car was quickly driven to the front of the dealer. There was no pressure, fetures of the car were discussed, and a test drive was done. I wish I would have gotten a little more money for my trade in, however, the experience was an amazing one. No hassles and no arguing. I will use this dealer again and would reccomend them to anyone!! Patrick was the best and was perfect!!! More

I was expecting Liberty Toyota to ruin everything for me and my experience of my purchasing my first vehicle. Even though i tried to be firm, and stick with my bank, they gave me everything i wanted for a price that i couldn't beat. I appreciated the off duty time they took to give me what i needed at 930 pm! Thanks guys! More
Out of the blue we had received a letter from Liberty Toyota talking about an early lease trade in for the end of the 2010 year. I had 6 months left on my lease current Camry and I was hoping to be able Toyota talking about an early lease trade in for the end of the 2010 year. I had 6 months left on my lease current Camry and I was hoping to be able to move into a new one. I did not know what offers were out there so I thought I would take a chance and go see what was there and begin taking steps toward getting a new vehicle. I was very skeptical and pretty certain that I was going to be going home in my original car but just a bit wiser and more prepared for when I went to the next dealership. I figured that I had nothing to lose so on New Years Eve, 12/31/10 at 3pm I walked into the dealership. I noticed that this was a larger dealership and began to wonder what my experience would be like. It was then that I met Misha. With his wonderful and engaging personality, he made me feel very comfortable while his knowledge of the products helped to guide me through the system the one vehicle that was right for me. After working with him for a full 4 hours, we were getting close to a deal and Misha introduced me to Joe from the finance office. Happily the three of us were able to come to a deal and I am now driving a new 2011 Camry. I can not say enough good things about Liberty Toyota, Joe, and especially Misha. Together they helped to make my car buying experience one of the best I have had. Do yourself a favor and at least visit the dealership and ask for Misha. More
