Angel is wonderful but unfortunately, the rest of the dealership has given me nothing but frustration. Unfortunately, the salesmen have no authority so in negotiating for a lease Angel had to keep going dealership has given me nothing but frustration. Unfortunately, the salesmen have no authority so in negotiating for a lease Angel had to keep going back and forth to the men behind the window and I did not get a deal close to what was advertised. My car made a knocking noise and after a week in the shop with no idea of the cause they decided it was normal and in the manual. I told the manager that they never said that the car might make noise or showed me the manual, or even the car, before I signed the lease. The manager said "If there was something wrong with a product you were selling would YOU tell people?" When I complained about the transmission on the car and the fact that it is not as responsive as the car I test drove I was told that I have a heavy foot and it's my fault- although I have driven lots of different cars in my life with no issues. When it was recalled a couple of months later, I was told over the phone that something could be worked out to replace the car that was giving me nightmares. After wasting my time for hours at the dealership I was told that it would be impossible and since I was young and had good reflexes, I would be okay if the car sped out of control while an old lady is the one to worry about! I was told over the phone at least I don't have a Honda which catches on fire. They said the chances of it happening to my car were low and I said I had a low chance of getting the flu but I still get the flu shot to which he said I have 100% more chance of getting the flu than a crash- that math doesn't even make sense. More
