I thought the salesperson I dealt with was very professional, curteous,and anxious to meet my requirements for a new vehicle. He assisted me in making my decison in a very unobtrusive way. He was never pushy and I appreciated that, he made me feel comfortable in my decision making, and allowed me to do it in my own time. He was very knowlegable regarding the makes and models, and features of the cars that I wanted to see. The dealership was very clean and roomy and I liked the chairs very comfortable. At the end of the buying process the gentleman that help me with the paperwork was very friendly and businesslike. Liberty Toyota was the greatest Auto Leasing experience of our lifetime. We were professionally greeted when we first arrived. Danielle Herb introduced us to Bert (Ediberto Quinones) who was our salesman of our lifetime. We were professionally greeted when we first arrived. Danielle Herb introduced us to Bert (Ediberto Quinones) who was our salesman. Bert jumped through hoops to get us a One Pay Lease (a bit out of the ordinary) but he persisted. We got the new car we wanted instead of a used questionable vehicle. Bert gave us a complete tour of the service facility and introduced us to most managers. He also gave us a thorough indoctrination in the feature of our Corolla. Everyone ther was courteous and friendly. We would definately recommend to other people. Danielle was the best & convinced me it would be worth the drive. Bill Swan was great. Friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I usually rate car shopping 1 step below root canal. This is the second time that I brought a car in this dealership, and in my last visit 2/28/11 I trade to vehicles for a new Toyota Sienna, the sales consultant was very friendly and help us a lot to get dealership, and in my last visit 2/28/11 I trade to vehicles for a new Toyota Sienna, the sales consultant was very friendly and help us a lot to get a good price for the new car. Bert was very, very good. He had the all the car doors open and the hood too (I never did see the engine of my 06 Highlander purchased at another dealer)and he showed me where the battery is, what all the open and the hood too (I never did see the engine of my 06 Highlander purchased at another dealer)and he showed me where the battery is, what all the things are under the hood, where to go to when I get the car serviced and how it works, ie valet parking, car wash, etc. Explained everything re safety and crash features and all features an benefits of the Prius. He was very detailed and personable and I feel in good hands with him and the dealer. A much better experience than my previous dealer. I like that everyone introduces themselves. You're very proactive. I was in sales myself and believe that good customer service sets you apart from your competion.Going the extra mile. I have one small regret, which I own. I always had a sun roof on all my vehicles it was a MUST. I didn't purchase one, because it was only available (2010) in a very dark color and having come from a black vehicle I wanted something light. It seemed a little dark for a couple of days, but I think I'm used to it now and I really love the little car. More

I stopped by to get the plates put on my new Camry that I purchased 2 weeks ago.My sales person was gone for the day and I had the pleasure of dealing with James K. This super friendly salesman with a vivaci purchased 2 weeks ago.My sales person was gone for the day and I had the pleasure of dealing with James K. This super friendly salesman with a vivacious personality greeted me. He couldn't do enough to help me in the absence of my original salesperson.He had my car washed, while waiting I got to know James's history on how he came to U.S. from Africa. I found his story so exciting. He gave me a little history lesson about politics in Africa and how grateful he is to have the opportunity to come here to Liberty Toyota and work. He wanted to make sure the car met my expectations and that I was 100% happy with the service I received today. It was an absolute pleasure meeting James K.
