WOW! Where do I start. :-) Joe Fazio is AWESOME! Today I had my car serviced and was in & out within 45 mins. I was able to get to work @ a decent time. He is so professional, patient, respectful, friendly had my car serviced and was in & out within 45 mins. I was able to get to work @ a decent time. He is so professional, patient, respectful, friendly and knowledgable. On a previous visit for service I witnessed customers being so horrifically nasty to Joe and I couldn't believe how calm and nice he kept being to these people who deserved nothing more than to get kicked out! :-) He did nothing wrong for them to treat him the way they did. I almost felt I should step in to defend him but remained calm watching the entire ordeal poor Joe was dealing with in a calm state from the beginning to the end of the horrible treatment he received from these people. The entire team @ Liberty Toyota is GREAT! I see that they work as a team and are always all smiling and friendly with me and every single customer that walks through their doors whether they are dealer directly with the customer or not. Bottom line, Joe can not leave Liberty Toyota anymore. He always makes getting my car serviced so easy. He & the staff there make me as well as other customers I'm sure feel like family. Made my appointment the day before with Joe Fazio. Had to change my time at the last minute, which was not a problem at all. Always friendly, quick and pleasant service. Bill, Pete, and the entire staff were very friendly. There was a slight hiccup with the paperwork which casued my wife and I to pay a second visit to sign the corrected contract. I must recognize the efforts Dot (customer service rep) made in making the second visit not such an inconvenience. Bravo to this group of professionals! My family will be back in the future for our next purchase. The experience I had is exactly why I traded my honda and came back to Toyota. I knew better then to stray in the first place. This has been the fourth Toyota I have purchased from Liberty Toyota since 2001, and the second from Milt Ortiz. Milt always makes his customers feel "at home " during the car purchasing process. He is very up front, friendly, explains each step and follows up with you after your purchase. The only problem that I have is with your web site. You have the " black book " trade in value calculator that gives the consumer a false idea of what their trade in value might be, providing a spread from poor to excellent condition. The buyer uses that tool and the finance calculation tool and thinks, " I can afford that payment". In reality, your trade in is valued by your used car sales manager considerably lower, that drives the monthly payment up to a uncomfortable amount. I realize that many factors go into a trade in value, but you are not even close to you black book quotes. Perhaps you may consider eliminating this or use a more accurate tool. More

Excellent doing business with him, what was suppose to be a casual visit to checkout the SE, ended up being a purchase of an offer that could not be turned down by someone not easily persuaded. It was the smoothest & quickest decision we made. Liberty Toyota are blessed to have James Fitzgerald as a salesperson with great personality, very convincing in his delivery. Enough cannot be said about Lydianne,our 1st salesperson and now handling your finance dept. She is very professional and thorough.Again my husband & I are pleased to do business with you.
