I wasn't originally in the market for a new Toyota but I received a buy back letter in the mail & decided to go over to Liberty to see what they could do. When I got there I was greeted by Keri a very warm received a buy back letter in the mail & decided to go over to Liberty to see what they could do. When I got there I was greeted by Keri a very warm & personalable sales rep. Keri asked me what I was interested in and we went for a test drive. Keri was extremely knowledgeable about my Tacoma & was a pleasure to work with on the price. All in all I drove away in a new 2011 Tacoma a few hours later. I will definatly buy my next Toyota at Liberty & will recommend family & friends! More

I believe the sales person did a great job in trying to get ne within my price. The one thing I dont is the games the dealership plays to get you in the dealership then switch things on you. I received a coupon stating that I could receive up to $1000. in first month payment, however, once I got to the dealership the salesman tells me it's already worked into the price. That is nor fair business and should be stopped if tour nit going to hold to it. Toyota sells itself, this is my 4th Toyota, you news no games to get me to keep coming bac. Your people in promotion need to be mindful of that. More

Me and my wife came in last night to maybe buy our first new vehicle, we have two older cars, one The transmission went the other day so we needed a new car. I've "adopted" Joe Fazio as my service advisor. He makes me feel very comfortable that he is looking out for me - and my car. Being a single woman that doesn't know alot about cars, Joe is my go-to guy. In fact, my warranty has long been up and I'm at $139,000 miles,but I plan on continuing to have it serviced at the dealership simply because of Joe. And, Joe, had the thumbs up from everyone who "looks out for me" - not affiliated with Joe or the dealership - so I know I'm okay and not getting stung with unecessary repairs bills.
