I recently brought my car in to be serviced and examined for a check engine light. I was informed the issue was caused by bad fuel. I was very unhappy with this finding and requested to speak with managemen for a check engine light. I was informed the issue was caused by bad fuel. I was very unhappy with this finding and requested to speak with management. Keith walked me thru every detail of what happened and how they came to this conclusion. I was still not buying it was "bad fuel.". So Keith requested the diagnostic testing be examined again and put a mechanic on this at no additional cost to me. The results were the same it must be a contaminant in the fuel. I was still not happy but said fine let's fix it. When I was given the price I almost passed out. I was told we can work with you on this. I made many calls back and forth between my mechanic friend, Keith and Costco where the gas was purchased. Thru everything Keith was overly helpful and understanding. This is the best experience I have ever had and i will admit I did was not an easy customer at times. In the end I followed up with Costco a few moments ago and it appears there are multiple other customers having issues with their vehicles. Toyota's diagnosis was accurate and I am even more satisfied knowing that Keith had his staff go above and beyond just to make me feel better. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting honest work. I will continue to have my veicle serviced here and know Keith is looking out for his customers. More

I am now the proud owner of the first 2012 Camry to be sold in Delran, NJ at Liberty Toyota and I could not be happier. Buying a car can be a difficult experience under the best of circumstances but James and the entire team at Liberty Toyota made it easy and as painless as humanly possible while working out the best deal possible to get me into a new car that has much more value to me than the older Camry. The 2012 Camry is 'loaded' by comparison and we were able to work out a deal that works for me and allows me to enjoy driving this fantastic new Camry. My fiance has also purchased a car at Liberty Toyota and we both have all our maintenence work taken care of there. The entire team, including their excellent Service Staff, are wonderful to work with and we will be taking our cars and our business there for many years to come. I mistaken We purchased our Camry from Liberty Toyota 3 months ago (July of 2011). As I was driving to work this past week a warning light came on. I mistakenly thought it was the brake malfunction indicator light and had a bit of a panic. I called Liberty and left a message, describing the warning light. Joe Fazio returned the call within minutes and relieved my worried mind. It was the tire pressure warning light and not the brake warning light. He was very accommodating by giving me a service appointment for later in the afternoon when I was finished teaching. Joe explained that the sudden drop in temperature from the evening before effected the tire pressure, causing the warning light to go on. In less than 25 minutes I was happily on my way home, oh, in a nice clean car. Yes, they even washed the car and there was no charge. Amazing! A well deserved A+ for Liberty Toyota's service and for Joe Fazio in particular. Nice job guys! Mrs. J. Ryan, Marlton, NJ More
We are a Toyota family. This Prius will have been the fifth Toyota we have bought new, two from Liberty and Angel. This time, we are sure Angel tried his best, as he did when we bought our Avalon. Communication within the dealership was, however, poor and caused me (Chris Kemper) a great deal of agitation. We had requested one upgrade to the vehichle and that was a rear veiw mirror with a compass in it. We were told we could get one but it would have the auto dimming, Homelink, and a compass (there was no mirror with just a compass in it). We agreed to pay extra for it and had to wait for it to be ordered and installed before we would take the car off the lot. Angel knew we were waiting but when the part arrived, the first miscommunication occurred because service called Chris to schedule an appoitment for the following week. Angel intervened and got the work scheduled for the next day Tuesday (we had expected the car to be ready on Monday). It was difficult for Chris to get to the dealership on Tuesday to pick up the car so he spoke to a sales manager (it was Angel's day off) who said he would get back to Chris in a few minutes after he spoke to the dealership's driver to see if he could pick Chris up from our house. Chris never heard back from the sales manager, instead after about a half hour Angel contacted Robin to let her know that the driver was gone for the day. Ultimately a neighbor ended up driving Chris to the dealership. Chris left town with the Prius the next day. Several days later, Chris realized that the mirror that was installed did not have a compass in it. Angel was informed of the problem and after Angel checked with others, he told us that the model mirror we wanted was not possible. Finally after Chris spoke to Jason,it was determined a better model mirror could be installed. It took talking to Jason to get the mirror installed the next day instead of several days later. It seems that the people who know what parts can be installed on the Prius gave Angel bad information, and that service did not know what was happening elsewhere in the dealership. More
