From the moment I stepped out of my car onto the lot I was greated by a warm, friendly gentleman by the name of Mike Ragone. Before we even began speaking about cars we talked about our sons and the coll was greated by a warm, friendly gentleman by the name of Mike Ragone. Before we even began speaking about cars we talked about our sons and the colleges they attend or will be attending. He was all set to help me but my appointment had been set to meet with Misha. Misha greeted me well but was extremely busy assisting another couple so Stan Rogulin was brought in to help. Stan was so nice and very on the ball and organized. He did not pressure me nor did he haggle with me over what I was willing to have as a monthly car payment. He had a great sense of humor once he got past his shyness. I am not your average customer--I like to joke and laugh and I was overly tired from looking at cars for two weeks. There were at least five car deals going on so the Finance department was very busy. Stan brought me a mini buffet of food--doughnuts, juice, water, coffee, and even a ring pop! They had ordered pizza which I was also offered. When it was my turn Pete Johnson was very helpful and answered all my questions. He gave me a great compliment and after a long, hard day that is saying something about his personality. Liberty Toyota is not your average dealership. In my opinion it seemed to run like an extended family. I look forward to doing business with Liberty Toyota for years to come. Keep up the good work guys!! More

Went to Liberty Toyota to look for a replacement vehicle for the wifes soon to end lease. Met with Tito Martinez, who I purchased my 2008 Prius from. Looked at a PriusV we saw on the lot, and took a test dr for the wifes soon to end lease. Met with Tito Martinez, who I purchased my 2008 Prius from.
