I stopped in to look at a new car. I was looking for a small SUV and the RAV-4 was one of several on my list. This dealership was my first stop - I was planning to look at 5-6 different brands - because small SUV and the RAV-4 was one of several on my list. However, I was also seriously interested in buying a new car soon. Ken Rippy, the salesperson, was engaging and listened to what I told him. I specifically asked that he not call me multiple times to see if he could sell me a car and he agreed. I proposed he call me in a few days to see what make of SUV I was interested in buying and he did call as we agreed. Unfortunately, after testing the RAV-4 and comparable models from other manufacturers, I decided I didn't want to get a Toyota this time. I told Ken that and he graciously accepted my decision without trying to push me into a car that is not my first choice. However, Toyotas are great cars and, if anyone is interested in getting one, I would recommend they talk to Ken Rippy at Liberty Toyota. More

I went to the dealership last night to just start pricing out vehicles. I planned on getting inside the Scion XB and checking to see if there was enough room in the back for my Great Dane and figured I'd ta out vehicles. I planned on getting inside the Scion XB and checking to see if there was enough room in the back for my Great Dane and figured I'd take home some literature to start planning a purchase. I had been doing a lot of research online about the Scion XB and cars that were comparable to it but I really needed to see it for myself. Dave helped me out and then had me take it for a test drive. He explained all of the benefits of having a Scion and all the bells and whistles that come with it. Once I drove it I knew it was going to be mine. Dave worked really, really hard with me to get me in the car but making sure it was affordable to me and that I was comfortable with the purchase. He spent a lot of time crunching numbers and making it happen, even though it was getting really late. I'm so glad I ended up with Dave because I drove out of the dealership last night in my brand new Scion XB. Her name is Trudy :) More

We have been dealing with Liberty Toyota since 2002 when we leased a new Highlander. Since then, we have bought a 2005 Sienna, 2011 4runner and most recently a 2012 Sienna. We have had nothing but good expe we leased a new Highlander. Since then, we have bought a 2005 Sienna, 2011 4runner and most recently a 2012 Sienna. We have had nothing but good experiences with the sales staff, service dept, everything has been excellent. Jason Skinner and Misha Rousakovski are always pleasant, very helpful and friendly. They make you feel like family, and have been quick to resolve any issues that arise. This is why we keep coming back, over and over. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the whole place is clean, there's really nothing more you could ask for in a car dealership. Perfect! More
