I needed a past tire repair looked at as the plug/patch was leaking air. It was not addressed. I was told that the tires were all leaking air due to dry rott. I have a PSI air gauge in my car and the only was leaking air. It was not addressed. I was told that the tires were all leaking air due to dry rott.
