Well usually when I get a oil change they usually take a video and let me see what they're doing, what they're checking but this time I didn't receive anything so I don't know if they did a check or not. Craig dismissed my concerns and spoke to me as though I was inconveniencing him. I simply asked that they investigate a noise my car was making. He told me they had taken the car for a test drive and could was inconveniencing him. I simply asked that they investigate a noise my car was making. He told me they had taken the car for a test drive and couldn’t hear anything. However, my mileage and dash cam footage show that the car was never driven. They had my car from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., which was more than enough time to properly investigate my concern. I took a Lyft from my office and arrived back at the dealership around 4:30 p.m. Craig didn’t realize I was there, and I overheard him speaking negatively about me. This is not the level of professionalism or customer service I ever expected to experience at Liberty. More
