I called the dealer with the electrical problem and I was told to get the car towed to them then I was told or asked who fix the car. Then they told me to take it to them. I really don’t understand the scold told to get the car towed to them then I was told or asked who fix the car. Then they told me to take it to them. I really don’t understand the scolding that I got for having taken my car somewhere else to be fixed. Sometimes we do live far away from the dealers. also, worth mentioning any breaks I was previously getting have been canceled with the price point on the repairs. It is now a xxxxxx in for sure the customer service is not as nice. Sometimes we don’t have that much money to throw around and I don’t expect to get scolded if I have my car taken care of elsewhere at least I take care of it More
