I called the dealer with the electrical problem and I was told to get the car towed to them then I was told or asked who fix the car. Then they told me to take it to them. Sometimes we do live far away from the dealers. also, worth mentioning any breaks I was previously getting have been canceled with the price point on the repairs. It is now a xxxxxx in for sure the customer service is not as nice. Sometimes we don’t have that much money to throw around and I don’t expect to get scolded if I have my car taken care of elsewhere at least I take care of it More
