I purchased my first Lexus from Lexus of Winter Park back in 2015. About 6 months ago, I purchased a second vehicle from them. Over the past 6 years, I've dealt with them and have always had a positive exper in 2015. About 6 months ago, I purchased a second vehicle from them. Over the past 6 years, I've dealt with them and have always had a positive experience. This is the reason I purchased the second vehicle from them. Their customer service and professionalism is top notch. I recently took my car in to get 4 tires installed and an alignment performed. When I got my car back, something wasn't quite right. I notified my Service Advisor, Jafar, and he and his team worked with me to help resolve the issue. Once the issue was fixed, Ricardo went on a test drive with my wife and I to ensure the issue was resolved to our satisfaction...and it was. Both Jafar and Ricardo listened to my concern and acted expeditiously to help. They were both very professional and understood my concern. It was very much appreciated. I would believe all of the 5 star reviews for this dealership because they are real. Lexus of Winter Park is top notch and their cars are nice too. More
Bought 2 vehicles and had an issues within 24 hours. 1st was a burning smell from the car. 2nd was a blow out on the highway within 48 hours and had to buy two new tires. When I called about what was happening with this one car I was told wear and tear on the tires and take it to Kia because it is under warranty. All that was untrue. I told the Manager I was paying cash for the vehicle and they ran my credit which is against the law due to the Patriots act. As I was feeling uncomfortable with the car and I had to buy tires within 48 hours and the customer service I received from Lexus I decided to return the car. I was threatened with police because I wanted reimbursed and I cancelled my check because I knew that was the only recourse I would have from them since they don’t care about there customers after they leave the lot. I have purchased many cars from them before and I NOW would NEVER purchase from them again. There was no general manager on site and no one in charge but the finance person who was abrupt, rude and uses intimidation’s on customers. More

Hee Henderson is awesome. She is the definition of hard work and going above and beyond. We really enjoyed working with her and appreciated everything she did. I had a bit of a problem with the dealership, that took quite a while to solve and while I’m not overjoyed with the result, I am content. But that was completely unrelated to our dealings with Hee. I was there 4 different times and some of them were a bit unusual. Hee was there every time, running all over the place to keep her customers happy. More
Charles is very knowledgeable about his product. Never pushy. Knew the answer to our questions and when he didn't he looked it up b4 we completed the sale.
